Reiki Healing & Body Relaxation

Reiki, meaning "universal life force energy", aims to improve health and enhance the quality of life. It treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit and creates many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.

Reiki will improve the results of all medical treatment, acting to reduce negative side effects, shorten healing time, reduce or eliminate pain, reduce stress, and help create optimism.

During a Reiki treatment, the patient usually lies fully clothed on a padded table in a warm, comfortable room. A thorough session lasts between 60 to 90 minutes. For stress reduction one to two sessions are satisfactory, however for chronic conditions long-term treatment may be recommended. Due to its gentle nature, many people fall asleep during this soothing experience of healing

There are three stages to the Reiki I was taught.

(1)    level one is about Self Healing.

(3)   Level two you will be taught absent healing, healing of others, animals, the earth.

(4)  Master level, which is only required should you feel you will be teaching Reiki.

Each level of Reiki involves having an attunement which is $150.00 this includes any healing to remove programes or blockages in becoming attuned.

Children may also be attuned to reiki. 

 

 

 

These levels all include attunements where the Reiki symbols are placed permanently on your body, the energy you are given is NEVER lost, and you can

do NO harm with Reiki.

IT CANNOT BE USED TO HARM.

Cost is $150.00 per level.

Regular Reiki nights are held and you are welcome to come and experience reiki before you commit to any form of learning or attunement.

Reiki Nights are  on Wednesday 7:00 p.m. at Ngahinapouri.
